This pix was in my water polo album. I have another picture in my family album that has his picture receiving the MBE. When I find it I hope it will give the year.   	Water Polo Booklet We published the above booklet in 1998 and we were very pleased with it. We devoted one page to our founder President Maj A.R. Foster. It was a short bio with head picture of him taken from the picture I sent you yesterday. Am not sure whether the two bios are the same or not. Ayway it follows.
