    • By his will made in England 10th June 1840, he gave the two sons of his first marriage £4,400 currency which he had received with his first wife. To his sons William Maynard Pinder, the Reverend H. S. Pinder and George Pinder he gave large sums of money, and to his daughter Elizabeth Wood Pinder, a legacy of £2,000 and an annuity of £100 besides a large share of his furniture and silver plate. To each of his grandchildren by name (except the youngest, Isabella) children of his eldest son W. M . Pinder, £50 at twenty one. He left Hothersal Plantation with stock etc and the residue of his estate to W.M. Pinder. Will PD. C.C. 11th March 1843, and his estate in England was sworn under £10,000. Will PD. Barbados 10th January 1845. His second wife predeceased him.
