    • By his will dated 13th January 1821 (he was then residing in Bath) he gave his widow £150 per annum in addition to £600 per annum settled on her Marriage; and her all his plate except his large silver two-handled cup and cover with arms on cup and crest on cover which he bequeathed to his brother the Reverend W. L. Pinder, at her death; he gave his wife power to appoint by will £8,000 out of £10,000 secured against Ayshford Plantation (which he had sold in December 1817 to Wm. Matson Barrow for £35,000). His slaves to his wife for life then to his brother W. L. Pinder, - legacies to nephews Rev. J.H. Pinder, William Harvey, son of Col. Harvey of 79th Regiment of foot, and his late sister Ann Isabella, to Goddaughter Ann Campbell Higginson, daughter of John Higginson Esq., of Everton, near Liverpool; to friend William Matson Barrow £50 to be allowed him on the first interest due to him; to sister M. J. H. Wickham wife of William Straker Wickham; to nephew Francis Wickham at twenty-one; to sister Matthew Tidy, wife of Col. Tidy of the 14th Regiment of foot; to his brother F. F. Pinder; to niece Isabella Wickham youngest daughter of sister at eighteen; residue to F. F. Pinder, Rev. W. L. Pinder, sister Amy North Jordan, sister M. J. H. Wickham, Elizabeth Skeete Yard and Matthew Tidy equally.
