      William Gittens, Planter of St. Michael to Richard Wall Esq, natural love and affection to Timothy William Wall, gives several negro slaves.
      Notes: I am assuming that this is William Gittens, son of Isaac Gittens and Rebecca Wall. It would seem reasonable that the Wall connection is through William's mother. I did find a Baptism record for Timothy William Wall dated 17 Sep 1780 in Christ Church. Parents are Richard Wall and Susanna. Also found a marriage record for Timothy William Wall to Elizabeth I Edwards dated 8 Apr 1801 in St. Michael. It also appears they had a son Timothy William Wall baptised 10 May 1811 in St. Michael. Although I could not find a record I assume that Richard Wall and Rebecca Wall were brother and sister.

    • It is fairly certain that this is the William Gittens who marrird MaryHunbane as there were vey few William's in the Gittens line and theage fits.

      There is no marriage record in the English Settlers in Barbados.????
