Silver wine goblet designed by Kay and made by Thorlief Orde as a edding present for Princess Aexandra's mother's wedding i.e. the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Kent (Princess Marina) in November 1934. We don't know who commissioned it. She knew a lot of artists, apparently, who in turn were connected with the Bloomsbury set who had Royal connections.
