Item. To my beloved kinswoman Margaret Gittens, daughter of my Uncle Isaac Gittens…five hundred pounds current money
Item. To my natural son Joseph Gittens (alias Joseph Walker or alias Joseph Ward) who I begat on the body of Sarah Walker alias Sarah Ward the sum of five hundred pounds current money when he shall attain twenty one years..that my said son shall be decently maintained and educated…
Item. …to my kinsman Robert Elphinstone Gittens, son of my kinsman Benjamin Gittens of the parish of St. Michael, merchant, the sum of five hundred pounds current money, to be paid to him when he shall reach the age of twenty one years.
