    Item. ..all my houses and land to be equally divided between my sisters Mary Gittens, Rebecca Hendy (wife of Philip Hendy) and Elizabeth Gittens….-…my mulatto slave Fanny and her children Betty Annand Margaret and their issue and increase to my niece Rebecca Gittens Hendy…when she shall attain the age of twenty one years...if my said niece should die …before she attains twenty one or before her marriage…the said mulatto slave Fanny …to my niece Anne Elphinstone Hendy…if she should die …the said mulatto slave ...to my aforesaid sisters …my bed, bedstead, bolster and pillows and dressing table to my niece Rebecca Gittens Hendy. …my desk to my brother BenjaminGittens. …fifty pounds of my judgement of £375 against the estate of my deceased father, the Honourable Benjamin Gittens, to my cousin James Piggott. …my negro slaves, Peggy, Murray and Quashetah to be appraised and the amount…with the remaining sum of £325 of the said judgement equally divided between my sisters Mary Gittens, Rebecca Hendy….
