To me…to be received and applied…to[space] Bladeson account for the purchase money for the house and land I now reside at. Item. …to my loving wife Mary for the term ofher natural life all… my estate …together with the increase and issue of my female slaves, subject and liable to the maintenance of each and every my children during the time they shall remain unmarried together with their living in the house….immediately after the death of my wife…my estate…shall be divided between my children Thomas Gittens, Sarah Gittens, Mary Gittens and Elizabeth Gittens or the survivor or survivors of them share and share alike..
