Debts to be paid
Stock and trade to be closed as soon as possible and placed at interest.
Mrs. Gittens having the interest for life.
My policy to be received giving Mrs. Gittens $250, my sister-in-law $100. The balance to be placed at interest. Mrs. Gittens receiving the interest as long as she lives. Giving M.T. (?) $30 a years.
My place Newborne I leave to Mrs. Gittens for life. She may rent it out or live in it and at her death it should be divided between my children, as well what sun of money I may have out, should either of my children leave lawful issue, their share should go to their children. |
