THIS IS THE LAST WILL AN TESTAMENT of me MARY JOHAHNA JOHNSON of the Township of Gorham in the District of Thunder Bay in the Province of Ontario, Married Woman, made this tenth day of May one thousand nine hundred and forty six-
(1) I hereby revoke all former wills or other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
(2) I give,devise and bequeath all the property and estate of every nature and kind of which I shall be possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death to my husband John Alexander Johnson of the said Township of Gorham, Farmer, for his own use and benefit absolutely, and I hereby appoint my husband the said John Alexander Johnson as the sole executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first before written. |
