All my estate …here or elsewhere…to ...Executors here afternamed…upon Trust…having discharged any just debts…apply the annual rents hires issues interest produce and profits of the same to and for the use and benefit of my dear niece Sarah Elizabeth Armstrong daughter of Joseph Armstrong deceased until she shall attain the age of twenty one…then the whole for…Sarah Elizabeth Armstrong… [several paragraphs deal with her possible death prior to 21] …this further Trust to be to…my dear nieces Frances Ann Armstrong and Catharine Gittens Armstrong (sisters of the said Sarah Elizabeth Armstrong) to be equally divided… Executors.
