JOSEPH DUNCAN OSTREI1AN, Deceased Pursuant to an Act of Parliament, passed in the session of the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees, " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims against the estate of the Rev Joseph Duncan Ostrehan, late of Creech Saint Michael, in the county of Somerset, Clerk, deceased (who died on the 11th day of September, 1870, and whose will and codicils were proved in the District Registry, at Taunton, of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, by the Rev. John William Ward and the Rev John Clement Barnwell the executors thereof, on the 14th day of December, 1870), are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to us as the undersigned, Solicitors of the said executors, at our office No. 11, Hammett Street, Tauton, in the county of Somerset, on or before the 21st day of January, 1871,alter which day the said executors will proceed to distribute the estate and effects of the said deceased according to the provisions of the said will and codicils, having regard to claims of which they shall then have had notice, and they will not be liable for such estate and effects to any person or persons of whose claim they shall not then have had notice-Dated this 21st day of December, 1870.
