My dau Mary Lavington is entitled after my decease to all that
moiety or 1/2 part which late was of Charles Baynes and Martha
his wf in right of the said Martha Baynes of two tenements near
Back Church St. and bounding the lands of late Mrs. Ireland and
now in the occupation of Mary Waite and Dr. Josph: Suratt; dau
Martha Bunyon at 18 or marriage; sons Henry Lavington at 18 and
Michael Lavington; my dau Eliza Hornihole wf of Thos: Hornihole;
my sisters in law Grace Lavington and Eliza: Lavington; sis Mary
Lawrence widow and kinsman Nicho: Hope both of the said parish -
