Janet Phillips Obituary
Janet/Jane Paula (Johnson) Phillips, 74, of Coquitlam, British Columbia, died May 11, 2023. Jane was born on Thursday, 20 January 1949, in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She was the daughter of the late Gordon "Paul" Johnson and the late Nancy Helen (Foreman) Johnson formerly of Thunder Bay Ont. and Langley, BC. Jane is survived by her three children, Paula Hardie (husband Mike and son James) in Coquitlam, BC, Robyn Brown (husband Greg and son Everett) in Calgary Alberta, and Dale Phillips (wife Elizabeth and children Gabe, Norah and Theo) in Salmon Arm, BC. She is also survived by her sister, Donna (Johnson) Gittens and her husband Cliff Gittens in Surrey, BC. Jane graduated from Hillcrest High School and Lakehead University in Port Arthur. She was a competitive figure skater with the Port Arthur Figure Skating Club and the Fort William Figure Skating Club. We will all miss Jane, our mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
